Empathy IT Club is an innovative, motivated and creative company in the IT sector, based in Nepal, but also present in Italy, Albania and the United Kingdom. It offers local and foreign companies its skills in researching and hiring experts in the field of information technology. The company has been present since 2010 and is already active in several companies to meet various types of HR needs thanks to the activation of strategic partnerships. One of the biggest advantages is the Empathy IT School, which is able to train professionals in the IT sector.

The Empathy IT Club team believes that the right people, in the right place, at the right time are the key to any company. Identifying customer needs, Empathy IT Club identifies suitable candidates. The selection exploits different methods, both theoretical and practical, thus reducing any critical issues. The candidate also faces a 3-month trial period.

Since 2018 the social structure has seen the entry of Italian partners, who have brought great added value.
