A Carpet manufacturing and exporting company specializing in crafting high-quality, custom-made products with exceptional craftsmanship and durability is seeking a Client Service Associate. This is a hands-on role that combines client communication, administrative support, and production coordination.

This is not a role limited to computer work; the initiation and oversight of the production process is a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client communications, support administrative tasks, and ensure seamless coordination between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communications:

Manage general communications and follow-ups with clients.
Respond promptly to emails and address client inquiries.
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the company's preferred communication platform.
Maintain daily communication with internal teams to track and share production updates.
Communicate with production stakeholders regarding order progress and project status.

Production Operations:

Create and send invoices to clients and manage related administrative procedures.
Initiate and oversee production through the preparation of order forms and related documentation.
Regularly update company systems with production progress and order status.
Handle tasks related to banking procedures and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate the shipment of finished products to clients, ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate the smooth transition of projects from client approval to production.

General Support:

Assist with communication, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Provide general support to directors and department heads to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital communication tools.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent English communication skills (written, reading, and verbal).

Preferred Skills

Minimum of one year of experience in communication, administration, or client coordination.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong Nepali communication skills (written, reading, and verbal).
Familiarity with international invoicing, shipping, and procurement is an advantage.
Experience communicating with international clients is preferred.

Salary:

Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

Duration:

Full-time position upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Workdays:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Two-day weekend).
