Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor

Vijay Motors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor to oversee the service operations, manage the technical team, ensure customer satisfaction, and support aftersales marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an automobile background, excellent technical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the workshop to ensure efficient service operations.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide accurate service advice to customers.
• Manage and motivate a team of mechanics and support staff.
• Ensure proper use of the company’s standard software system, generate reports, and maintain necessary documentation.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by providing professional and timely service support.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the workshop and service operations.
• Promote and market aftersales services, body and general (BG), GP coating, and car detailing products.
• Assist in developing and setting up dealerships across Nepal for service and product distribution.
• Monitor workload distribution, workshop productivity, and ensure quality of service.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health, and safety policies.
