Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Proficient in using construction management software.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.

Job Description

Supervise, coordinate and manage the work of construction workers and contractors on projects related to hydromechanical components.
Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Monitor daily progress and ensure that work is completed within specified timeframes.
Make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor new construction workers and contractors on the company's policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is of high quality and meets the company's standards.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating work activities with other departments and outside vendors.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues that arise on the job site.
Collaborate with project managers to provide updates and resolve any project-related issues.
Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used in a safe manner.
