  • 10 years of experience as a workshop supervisor in hydromechanical works and 20 years of overall experience in the fabrication and installation of hydromechanical components.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
  • Proficient in using construction management software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.

Job Description

  • Supervise, coordinate and manage the work of construction workers and contractors on projects related to hydromechanical components.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure that work is completed within specified timeframes.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and mentor new construction workers and contractors on the company's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is of high quality and meets the company's standards.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating work activities with other departments and outside vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues that arise on the job site.
  • Collaborate with project managers to provide updates and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used in a safe manner.
