About the Role: 

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to develop, design, and maintain the company’s websites. This role requires technical expertise in PHP, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, along with a solid understanding of website performance, security, and SEO best practices. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, capable of independent problem-solving, and able to work collaboratively with design, business & product management teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. 
• Ensure optimal website performance, security, and scalability. 
• Implement responsive web designs for seamless user experience across devices. 
• Optimize website speed and SEO performance. 
• Manage website updates, troubleshooting, and debugging issues. 
• Work with APIs to integrate third-party services. 
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring ideas to life. 
• Ensure website accessibility, usability, and compliance with industry standards. 
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress and web development trends. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress development. 
• Experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins. 
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, database management, and security best practices. 
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools. 
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (caching, image compression, CDN, etc.). 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation. 
• Hands-on experience with API integration and troubleshooting. 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitHub. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in developing websites for SaaS or tech products. 
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.). 
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus. 
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience.
