Role Description

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team full-time at our Kathmandu office. As a WordPress Developer at Avinto IT, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress-based websites and applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our clients' unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Integrate new systems with existing WordPress plugins and customize plugins such as WooCommerce and Elementor.
• Implement and manage payment gateways, including Stripe and Visa, ensuring secure and seamless transactions.
• Create and integrate custom forms with WooCommerce, enhancing the user experience and functionality.
• Develop custom dashboards featuring charts, KPI cards, and other performance metrics to provide insightful data visualizations.
• Implement access control systems to create and manage different user profiles using custom WordPress solutions or plugins.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to create responsive, visually appealing, and functional websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress sites, including performance, security, and bugs.
• Maintain and update new feature changes on a live website while considering stability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in WordPress development, including proficiency with popular plugins such as WooCommerce and Elementor.
• Proven experience in integrating and managing payment platforms like Stripe and Visa within WordPress.
• Skilled in creating custom forms and integrating them with WooCommerce for various user interactions.
• Experience in developing dashboards with data visualizations, such as charts and KPI cards, for business insights.
• Knowledge of user access control management within WordPress, utilizing both custom solutions and plugins.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A general team player with a good work ethic and a desire to continually improve skills and knowledge.
