Role Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining WordPress websites. This includes developing custom themes and plugins, implementing security measures, and optimizing performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance user interactions and experiences on web pages.
• Ensure seamless cross-platform optimization for mobile devices and other platforms.
• Integrate front-end designs into WordPress themes, maintaining consistency and functionality.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Manage WordPress-based projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are meet.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and WordPress.
• Optimize website performance, conduct regular performance tests, and implement necessary improvements.
• Provide ongoing project status updates and contribute innovative ideas and suggestions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, attend regular meetings, and communicate project progress.

Skills/Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 1 year as a WordPress Developer with knowledge in front-end development.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with WordPress theme development, customization, and plugin integration.
• Knowledge of WordPress best practices and coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
