As a WordPress developer at SoftUp, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining WordPress websites and ensuring their optimal performance and functionality. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly responsive WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client requirements.
• Create and implement custom themes, plugins, and functionalities.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect and responsive designs.
• Perform website optimization for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, themes, and plugins.
• Assist in estimating project timelines and contributing to project planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed.
• Ensure WordPress websites are secure and adhere to best practices for web development and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
• I have proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
