Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress developer to join our growing team in the Pokhara Office. As a WordPress developer at SoftUp, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining WordPress websites and ensuring their optimal performance and functionality. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and highly responsive WordPress sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client requirements.
Create and implement custom themes, plugins, and functionalities.
Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect and responsive designs.
Perform website optimization for speed, performance, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, themes, and plugins.
Assist in estimating project timelines and contributing to project planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members when needed.
Ensure WordPress websites are secure and adhere to best practices for web development and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
I have proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
