Job Description

Bachelors in computer science or similar field
At least 2 years of industry experience creating and managing high scale production Wordpress applications. (Please mention this in your cover letter or CV)
Familiar with git version control
Familiar with PHP dependency manager Compose
Familiar with Woocommerce plugin
Proven track record for finding performance issues and fixing them (specify this in your cover letter)
Creating themes and plugins
Building Wordpress sites with less than 3 seconds loading time.
One of the frontend framework is preferred (like react) but not mandatory - willingness to learn though
HTML and CSS knowledge is a MUST
High level knowledge on deploying Wordpress apps on Linux VPS - We don’t expect you to be SysAdmin Expert but we expect you to setup server caching, deploy Wordpress apps in servers.
Experience with load balancing and handling high traffic Wordpress websites.
Occasional out of office hours’ support might be needed - if required then candidate will be fully reimbursed for those hour
