- Oversees a range of administrative and financial tasks that includes assisting with billing invoices,  preparing budgets, recruitment, payroll, managing cash flow, preparing MIS report and so on.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients and other stakeholders to complete the financial transactions. 
- Supervises financial transactions within the company to ensure no discrepancies in reports. 
- Ensures up to date reports on financial profit and loss.  
- Assists in developing strategic plans by brainstorming to reduce spending and maximizing profits.
- Ensures the proper documentation for financial transactions, requests, purchase orders and keep  updated records. 
- Updates and operates as per the prevailing lax of Taxation including all taxes and VAT. 
- Understanding of Capital Markets, raising and allocation of fund and profit planning. 
- Analyzing the financial data for accurate auditing and assist in external audit. 
- Review financial report.
