Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ram Vicky Trade Concern is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, tax compliance, and stock records. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining financial accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update stock records, ensuring an accurate record of available inventory
Handle stock purchase and sale entries systematically
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT filing and tax documentation
Manage TDS calculations and filings
Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Coordinate with external auditors and support in audit and tax processes
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant departments for financial transactions
Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
Proficiency in Excel
Experienced knowledge of accounting software, Busy.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Work reference required
