Job Description:

The Webmaster / WordPress Developer / SEO role at VIN -l act as the nucleus through our websites and social media. 

Responsibilities & Duties

Website:

• Development, installation, configuration and management of VIN’s websites. 
• Management of DNS, Maintenance of MySQL database (Backup, replace existing database) using cPanel. 
• Website Optimization (SEO). 
• Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers. 

Social & Online Media:

• Develop and maintain VIN’s Social and Online channels. 
• Promote VIN’s work through social media 

Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze online performance (e.g. traffic, conversions)
• Gather relevant data and analytics for reporting and improved decision making  

Workplace IT: 

• Management of domain-specific email using Office 365 
• Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of various office-related tasks such as the configuration of Outlook 
• Printers and WIFI, MS Office package support, 
• Troubleshoot computer issues. 

Experience & Qualifications

Studies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
• 3+ years of working experience in WordPress and Search Engine Optimization. 

Technical Skills:

Must:

• WordPress
• cPanel
• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Website Optimization
• Web Security
• SEO

Desirable:

• Photoshop, InDesign, Canva etc.

Languages:

• English: Advanced Level (written, reading and spoken)
• Nepali: Advanced Level (written, reading, spoken)
