Your Responsibilities:

Website Management & Optimization

• Develop, Install, Configure, & Manage: Take complete ownership of VIN’s websites, ensuring they are dynamic, secure, and user-friendly.
• Technical Mastery: Handle DNS management, maintain our MySQL database via cPanel, and ensure seamless backups and database replacements.
• SEO Excellence: Strategically optimize websites for superior SEO performance and an enhanced user experience.
• Server Management: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers to guarantee optimal website performance.

Social & Online Media

• Digital Storytelling: Build and nurture VIN’s social media and online channels to amplify our mission.
• Engage & Inspire: Craft compelling content and promote our initiatives across social media platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic and conversions.
• Insightful Reporting: Gather and analyze data to guide strategic decisions and measure online success.

Workplace IT Support

• Email & Office Tools: We manage our domain-specific email via Office 365 and ensure the seamless operation of Outlook, printers, Wi-Fi, and the MS Office suite.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve computer-related issues to maintain an efficient workplace.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in WordPress development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

• Expertise in WordPress and proficiency with cPanel.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Demonstrated experience in website optimization and security and a deep understanding of SEO principles.

Desirable:

• Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar creative tools.

Language Proficiency

• English: Advanced level in written, reading, and spoken English.
• Nepali: Advanced level in written, reading, and spoken Nepali.
