We are a not-for-profit NGO based in Kathmandu, working in rural communities of Nepal.

Our mission is to empower marginalized communities through equitable, inclusive and holistic development programs. There are four pillars in our developmental approach: Education, Health & Environment, Economy and Basic infrastructure development. These four pillars of development are supported by six major community empowerment programs namely Women’s Empowerment, Children’s Development, Youth Empowerment, Public Health & Medical care, Environment Conservation and Disaster Risk Reduction. All VIN’s developmental and humanitarian programs are aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

What You'll Do

Design & Maintain ViN’s WordPress website for performance, clarity, and visual impact
Customize themes and plugins to improve functionality and usability
Optimize SEO to increase visibility and web traffic
Integrate Content and support the communications team with uploads and layout
Ensure Mobile Responsiveness and fast loading speed across devices
Collaborate with staff and creatives to align the site with campaigns and brand identity

Who We're Looking For

Solid experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL
Skilled in theme/plugin customization and responsive design
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Eye for aesthetics and user experience
Strong communication and self-management skills
Passion for social impact, education, and community empowerment
