Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or equivalent.

Requirements:

Proven minimum one year of relevant experience
In-depth understanding of Javascript, DOM, and relevant concepts
Comfortable with working on existing JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
Experience working with Bootstrap, SASS, jQuery, AJAX
Excellent understanding of design and user interface
Experience with modern Front-End development tools (NPM, WebPack, Gulp, Browserify, Babel, etc)
Good experience in code refactoring
First level of effort estimation for feature; interface with system architects to understand the impact of the system level features on the modules
Able to understand the impact of front-end implications in system performance
Experience working with RESTful Services and APIs will be an added advantage
Able to translate design team’s UX prototypes into responsive, interactive features, using HTML/CSS and JavaScript
Good knowledge of writing requirements specifications, architecture and design document, test strategy and test cases for the feature
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN)
Excellent knowledge and experience in continuous code optimization
Research oriented who is a keen learner and constantly looking for the latest and optimal technologies
Positive attitude and great team player who can work well with the team

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work on the integration of sign-language videos on existing learning software.
Assist the back-end developers in integrating the front-end designs to the application
Execute full lifecycle software development, including verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Document and maintain application design and functionality
Study and debug existing web application in order to improve performance and to enforce standard coding practices
