Position: Web Designer

Location: Sundhara, Kathmandu, Nepal

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Alternatively, candidates with a strong and relevant work portfolio will be considered.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, illustrator
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of Bootstrap and relative framworks
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and convey a consistent message.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality.
Work closely with developers to implement designs effectively.

Skills:

Proficient in graphic design and layout.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
