We are looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and print materials.
Develop marketing materials including banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
Create engaging visual content that aligns with the company's branding guidelines.
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, design, and schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.
Write engaging captions and coordinate content for campaigns and promotions.
Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
Capture and edit photos and videos for promotional and social media use.
Collaborate with the marketing and management team to execute branding and promotional activities.
Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Ensure all creative work is completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in graphic design or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects will be an advantage.
Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
Familiarity with social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.

Skills & Competencies

Strong creativity and visual design skills.
Excellent understanding of branding and digital marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
