EBCG is looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to take ownership over the day-to- day operations in the areas of Web Editing and Web Content Management. We are looking for a candidate who is highly experienced in using Word-Press and who has excellent sense for modern web trends and design principles.

As a Web Content Specialist, you are responsible for the coordination of all activities related to keeping our web and event landing pages up to date on a daily basis. You will oversee that planned and ad hoc changes to our website are being executed in a timely fashion. You will liaise primarily with our Production and Partnership departments; ensuring new information is published timely and according to our branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating all of our event landing pages. Making sure event program updates are posted promptly and taking responsibility in smooth transition of event page stages (post event stage – eventearly stage – event sales stage)
• Creating and updating regular and custom registration links for each of our events
• Creating and updating of contact and lead forms, making sure each (event) page has relevant contact forms enabled
• Creating event video libraries after each event. Cooperate with external designer / video editor in preparation of materials.
• Coordinate the design of graphic materials, ensuring all materials are aligned across projects.
• Preparation of Email Marketing Campaigns

Language skills

Computer skills

• Advance user of Word Press, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Basic user of CSS, HTML

Personality requirements and skills

• You are an experienced user of WordPress
• You are able to adequately comprehend customer needs and translate these in a digital and graphic sense
• You know the basics of CSS and HTML
• You are an experienced user of Photoshop and Illustrator
• You are excited and passionate about everything related to Digital and Design
• You have an eye for detail
• You quickly adapt to changing priorities
