Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts/ stock.
Ensure spare parts availability as per clients’ requirements and provide timely parts distribution.
Ensure parts invoicing timely and deposit amount as per policy.
Ensure proper documentation of spare parts files.
Negotiate, interact and manage relationships with spare parts vendors.
Timely address the spare parts requirement in a service center.
Maintain proper co-ordination with service center team.
Perform any other duties assigned by the head of the department/ management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Candidate must have a valid 2 wheeler license.
Good organizational skills.
Experience in inventory/store management will be given preference.
Minimum two years of working experience in a similar position at a reputed company.
