Samanyu Enterprises Private Limited is a trading company established in 2015. It deals with import of building materials. We are looking for qualified Nepali candidate for the position mentioned below:

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for receiving, storing, recording, maintaining and dispatching goods accurately and safely at the warehouse. S/He will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

Receive goods – Check incoming goods against invoices and delivery documents.
Check quantity & condition – Make sure the goods received are correct and not damaged.
Store goods properly – Keep products organized, labelled and safely stored.
Maintain stock records – Record all goods received, issued and remaining in stock.
Issue goods – Prepare and hand over goods against approved sales/delivery orders.
Coordinate dispatch – Ensure the correct products and quantities are ready for delivery.
Stock monitoring – Regularly check stock and report shortages, excesses or damaged items.
Stock counting – Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with records.
Warehouse cleanliness & safety – Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe.
Report to management – Inform management about stock issues, damaged goods, discrepancies or other warehouse concerns.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field
Proven work experience of more than 1 year in supply chain and warehouse management in trading companies

Skills

Inventory management – Ability to track stock accurately.
Attention to detail – Check quantities, products and documents carefully.
Record keeping – Maintain stock registers, GRNs, delivery notes and other records.
Basic computer skills – MS Excel and inventory/accounting software.
Goods handling – Properly receive, store and issue products.
Stock counting – Conduct physical stock checks and identify discrepancies.
Organization skills – Keep the warehouse systematic and easy to manage.
Coordination skills – Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics and delivery teams.
Time management – Prepare orders and dispatches on time.
Problem-solving – Handle shortages, damages, wrong deliveries and stock discrepancies.
Teamwork – Work effectively with warehouse helpers and other departments.
Safety & cleanliness – Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
Honesty & accountability – Take responsibility for company stock and materials.
