Job Description

Ensure the safety, security, and discipline of hostel residents.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment for students/working professionals.
Oversee daily hostel operations, including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
Enforce hostel rules and regulations while addressing residents' concerns.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures for residents.
Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle emergencies and provide first-line support when needed.
Maintain records of residents, complaints, and incident reports.
