Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prakriti Resort and Organic Farm is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to deliver high-quality dining service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable dining experience through professional service and positive guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
Serve meals and beverages according to service standards.
Provide menu information, daily specials, and recommendations to guests.
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and after service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Follow hygiene, safety, and resort service standards.
Assist with other service-related tasks as required.
