Job Description: Vice President (VP) - Sales & Marketing

Position Overview:

The VP of Sales & Marketing at Hulas Infra Ltd. is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, overseeing branding initiatives, and managing customer relationships. The role ensures that all sales efforts align with the company’s business goals, particularly in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Poles, Highway Crash Barriers, and Galvanized Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for PEBs, Poles, Highway Crash Barriers, and Galvanized Products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target market segments.
  • Lead the team in securing major government and infrastructure projects.
  • Expand the distribution network and develop strategic partnerships.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to strengthen the Hulas Infra brand.
  • Oversee digital marketing, advertising campaigns, trade shows, and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through B2B marketing, government tenders, and industry collaborations.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and close large-scale contracts.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and incentive programs.
  • Foster a results-driven and growth-oriented team culture.

Financial & Sales Forecasting

  • Develop annual sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and budgeting plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing activities align with the company’s financial goals.

Coordination with Internal Departments

  • Work closely with the COO and Manufacturing Teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to manage pricing, invoicing, and credit terms.
  • Partner with the R&D and Product Development teams to introduce new solutions based on market demand.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in sales & marketing, preferably in steel, construction materials, infrastructure, or industrial B2B sales.
  • Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of PEBs, Steel Structures, Galvanizing, Poles, and Highway Infrastructure.

Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership in managing large sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Sales Growth: Achieve set revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Expansion: Increase market penetration and customer base.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Improve customer retention and feedback scores.
  • Brand Awareness: Growth in digital engagement and market recognition.
