AAIN is seeking competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the position of Human Resource, Organisational Development & Safeguarding Manager (HROD&S). HROD&S Manager ensures the development, update, and implementation of human resources and safeguarding policies, procedures, and systems for AAIN which are aligned to the AAIN Country Strategic Plan; and ensures adherence to HR good practices of AAI Global HROD Framework and Standards, and compliance with all local labor laws and other statutory requirements in Nepal.

ActionAid International Nepal (AAIN) is a member of the federation, working for human rights, anti-poverty, and gender equality. It is a non-governmental social justice organisation established in 1982 and working locally in different provinces of Nepal. It is also a part of both national and global social justice movement and other civil society networks, alliances, and coalitions.
AAIN is delighted to announce Volunteering Opportunity 2023 aimed at providing a learning platform and development sector experience for enthusiastic people (especially youth). We highly encourage women, and people from marginalized communities to express their interest in this programme. We will support you in your leadership and confidence development by providing hands-on experience in different functions through on the-job coaching and mentoring.
