Line Manager: Inbound Manager (IM) / Head of Operations (HO)

Job Summary:

Inbound Tour Expert will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing inbound travel packages for international and domestic clients. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing customized itineraries, coordinating with hotels, transport operators, and guides, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and correspondence from international agents and direct clients for inbound travel to Nepal.
  • Prepare customized and group tour itineraries based on client interests, budgets, and preferences.
  • Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, guides, and other related services.
  • Ensure smooth tour operations through effective communication with ground handling teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nepal’s tourism destinations, hotels, cultural sites, and activities.
  • Prepare quotations, costings, and proposals in a professional manner.
  • Handle amendments, cancellations, and on-ground support for clients as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage client feedback and handle complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing promotional tour packages and marketing materials for inbound tourism.
  • Keep records and maintain reports on client activities, bookings, and tour performance.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and help in corresponding an emails that come in daily basis, consulting with IM.
