Job Description

Provide professional Guidance in Counseling, Registration, Visa Appointments, and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Review ongoing cases and new legislation and accordingly advise clients.
Coordinate & maintain close relationships with internal counseling & editorial teams to understand student requirements.
Take ownership of the accuracy of work and maintain quick a turnaround time
Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process-related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
Should have knowledge of documentation needed to apply for a student visa as well as filling out visa application forms for popular destinations.
