We are looking for a highly skilled Meta & Google Ads Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Develop performance marketing strategies to drive leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for campaign assets and strategy.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel implementation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Tag Manager and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience working in the agency, marketing, or event management industry.
