Job Description

N.I.E. is seeking a creative-minded and experienced Full-Time Video Editor to join the team at N.I.E. (Nepal Institute of Engineering). The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in various forms of video production, from short-form social media content to long-form projects, and possess foundational graphic design abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production: Edit and finalize a diverse range of video content, including:
Short-Form Content: Produce engaging videos and Reels for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Long-Form Content: Edit longer videos such as documentaries, educational content, or promotional material.
Podcast Videos: Edit video recordings of podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and visually engaging presentation.
Graphic Design Integration: Utilize basic graphic design skills to create titles, lower thirds, motion graphics, and other visual elements to enhance videos.
Content Strategy & Creativity: Contribute actively to the creative development and execution of video projects, ensuring all content is innovative, current, and aligns with N.I.E.'s brand standards.
Post-Production Workflow: Manage and maintain an organized media library, handle color correction, sound mixing, and final export/delivery of all video assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver a final product that meets all requirements.
