• Employment Type: Full Time
• No. of Vacancy/s: 3
• Job Level: Mid (At least 1 year of continuous industry experience.)
• Qualification: Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Office Days: 5 Days a Week/ 7 AM to 4 PM (Monday- Friday)

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video, reel content and Graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ensure all videos and graphics tasks are delivered within specified deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for video content.
• Storyboard and plan the flow of video content to ensure a cohesive and engaging story.
• Select and edit music, sound effects, and visuals to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms, considering factors such as aspect ratio, video length, and file size.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media content creation.
• Assist in managing and organizing the company's video library.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of video content on social media platforms, and make adjustments as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Design eye-catching posts and thumbnails that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Create impactful marketing kits including posters, banners, and pamphlets to promote client products or services
• Assisting Web Developers by developing compelling graphics for websites that enhance user experience and brand identity.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop a wide range of graphics and videos, ensuring a cohesive visual style across all projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Continuously stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and contribute ideas for video projects.

Desired Skills and Experience: (Mandatory)

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro )
• Proficient in Photo Editing software like Adobe Photoshop)
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud Tools like: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Figma is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and various delivery platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design is advantageous.
• A portfolio of previous video editing work is required for consideration.

• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills and willing to mentor team intern and newcomers and must be a team player.
