Role Overview:

As a Senior Motion Graphics & Video Editor, you’ll lead the creation of high-quality animations and edited video content that showcase our tech offerings and SaaS solutions. You will translate complex concepts into visually captivating stories, mentor junior talent, and push creative boundaries—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Conceptualize and develop motion graphics and video content, from style frames to final cuts, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
• Production Excellence: Create 2D/3D animations, edit footage, and integrate music, sound, and visual effects to produce polished, engaging content.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, clearly present creative decisions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and editors, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques, especially those relevant to tech and SaaS storytelling.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in motion graphics, animation, and video editing, with proven experience in tech/SaaS contexts.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiarity with 3D software.
• Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
