Roles and responsibilities of this job

Qualification and Experience:

Post graduate with B. Ed / M. Ed, preferably in Major English or Educational leadership having minimum 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years as Vice Principal. Preference will be given to convent studies
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, IT skills and should have pleasant personality
Visionaries with 360 degree managerial skills for exponential growth of school
The candidate would be responsible to bring in all areas of academic administration, parent delight

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of curriculum and instruction methods of Progressive education
Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
Ability to coordinate school support operations
Ability to coordinate school functions
Ability to manage personnel
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Governance of the School Curriculum for all grades and ensure all grade teachers adhere to the curriculum
Represent the school at school events and professional meetings with Parents and members of the community
Commitment to our organization's mission and educational philosophy
Self-reflective leader who is committed to ongoing learning and growth
Actively monitor student achievement outcomes and establish plans in collaboration with teachers & the leadership team to ensure students reach and exceed standards
Develop, propose and execute innovative strategies to ensure students are exposed to updated modern teaching methods
Work with the school administration to first create and later supervise a master calendar of activities, which includes all on-campus and off-campus activities and events
