Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are not simply looking for an Administrator. We want someone who can take initiative, bring new ideas, attract students, build relationships, lead a team, and turn opportunities into real institutional growth.

At Grace, we provide Japanese Language, English Language, and All-Level Tuition Classes. We are looking for someone who can go beyond administration and take an active role in building the team, attracting students, developing opportunities, and growing the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall day-to-day operation of the institute
Lead and coordinate teachers, staff, students, and parents
Develop and implement plans for student enrollment and retention
Lead marketing, promotion, and student recruitment activities
Identify and mobilize resources, partnerships, and new opportunities
Explore and develop new courses, programs, and activities
Monitor performance and take practical steps to improve the institute
Prepare short- and long-term plans for institutional growth
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and partners
Work closely with leadership to achieve Grace's vision and growth objectives

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
Previous experience in an educational institute, training center, marketing, business development, or administration will be an advantage.
Fluent in Nepali and English
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Understanding of marketing, promotion, and student recruitment
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, marketing, planning, research, and administration
Good computer and digital skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
