Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Vice Principal has to be able to reach out, bring in-create-maintain a social-parental network, come up with strategy to further the reputation of the educational system, implement the strategy and deliver concrete tangible achievements in terms of young people participation.

Understand the program, learning experiences, institutional philosophy, and instructional goals and support documentation in manners that can be portrayed before a larger community.
Promote and communicate the high standards of education established by Spiny Babbler and Evolution High School which has seen more than 750 youth from 14 countries and 1000 children participate in the program over the past quarter of a century.
Establish rapport with young people and their parents, guardians, and friends of Spiny Babbler as well as the educational network of the institution through regular meetings, phone conversations, electronic communications, social media and other means.
Assure that the institution's goals in terms of outreach and admissions are met through regular meetings, phone conversations, electronic communications, social media and other means.
Communicate regularly regarding plans, schedules, activities, results, needs, and successes related to the institution's outreach and task implementation.
Maintain the institution's legal status with IRD, the company registrar, municipality, and department of education.
