We are seeking a designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for our cryptocurrency exchange applications. Your passion for cryptocurrency and its transformative power in the financial landscape will be crucial as you drive the development of intuitive and innovative user experiences.

• Take ownership of UX/UI design for our crypto exchange platforms, under the guidance of the UX/UI Design Lead.
• Translate strategic design into wireframes, visual and motion designs, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, including PMs, Devs, BAs, QAs, and other design team members.
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong experience in UX/UI design, specifically within the realm of crypto exchanges.
• An extensive portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics and proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Expertise in Figma is a must. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work methodically and effectively collaborate within our Product team to meet vision and product goals.
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Strong will for continuous improvement and growth in a truly fast-paced environment.
