Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design the user experience and interface keeping the business needs in mind.
Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
Create modern and pixel-perfect website designs using tools like Figma.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in the existing designs.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Collaborating with software and hardware development teams to develop. user-centred design plans that meet business, user, and technical constraints and needs.
Develop UI mockups of various levels of fidelity and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
Evolve our design process, tools, and systems to ensure we’re creating great, consistent work.
Present new ideas and collaborate with our design and product team to meet our product requirements.
Prioritise key features to meet business needs.
Creating high-quality responsive UX/UI designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with the following skillset:

Technical Specifications

Strong knowledge of interface design tools like Figma
Ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts
Strong visualisation skills and the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

Soft Skills

Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsible and reliable
Able to take criticism
Organised and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Required Specifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
1+ years of experience in a similar field
Experience with modern website and product design trends
Up to date Knowledge of latest design trends and tools like Figma, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role
Knowledge and experience in UX/UI and product Design.
Portfolio of UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms
Link to your Behance, Dribble, Figma profile, or any other portfolio showcasing site.
