One Way Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital solutions agency based in Lalitpur. We help businesses establish and expand their online presence through modern website design, social media management, video content creation, and automated chatbot integration.

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and proactive Web Designer and Client Solutions Specialist to join our founding team. In this role, you will lead client website projects from concept to launch, support visual content creation, and occasionally interact with clients to understand their needs and showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Development: Build, design, and maintain attractive, responsive client websites (WordPress, Bootstrap, Shopify or similar tools).
UI/UX & Content Setup: Customize modern layouts, optimize site speed, configure SEO, and set up user-friendly navigation.
Basic Multimedia & Chatbot Support: Assist in setting up basic automated chatbots and collaborating on visual elements for clients.
Client Engagement & Sales Support: Participate in initial client calls or meetings to explain technical details clearly, understand client requirements, and support sales pitches.
Maintenance & Security: Ensure client websites remain secure, updated, and fully functional post-launch.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education & Qualifications

High School / Plus 2 completed; or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BSc CSIT, BIT, BCA, BIM, BBA, or related fields welcomed).

Key Focus: Practical skills and a strong portfolio are valued above formal academic degrees.

Technical Skills & Experience

Experience Level: 1–2 years of practical experience in web design/development (freelance or agency experience is acceptable).
Core Web Tools: Hands-on proficiency with WordPress, Bootstrap, Shopify and similar tools.
Front-End Coding: Functional knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic PHP (for template customization and troubleshooting).
UI/UX Design: Solid understanding of visual layout, color theory, typography, and mobile-responsive design.
SEO & Analytics: Basic understanding of on-page SEO, site speed optimization, and website security standards.
WooCommerce along with WordPress, Bootstrap, Shopify.

Soft Skills & Client Communication

Communication: Strong spoken and written skills in English and Nepali Language Fluency (written and spoken)
Client Handling: Ability to confidently explain technical and design concepts to non-technical clients in a simple, polite manner.
Problem-Solving & Self-Management: Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and troubleshoot website issues efficiently.
Sales Aptitude: Comfortable assisting in client calls, presenting visual drafts, and understanding business requirements.

Preferred / Bonus Attributes

Interest or experience in basic video editing or social media management.
Familiarity with setting up automated chatbots (e.g., ManyChat, Tidio).
