Role Description

In this role, you will play a vital role in the design and development of innovative digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also functional, user-friendly, and engaging. You will also be involved in the overall visual design and user experience (UX) of our software applications. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
• Proven track record of designing and developing user interfaces for web/mobile/system applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, prototyping, usability testing).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for technology and a desire to create innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Craft user experience (UX) flows that are efficient, user-friendly, and guide users towards their goals.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to bring digital products to life.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices.
