Job Description

Full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
Maintain resource database by surfing from popular Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder)
Job postings on Job Portals
Resource filtering, screening and selection of candidates from the resource database
Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/ hour aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with US Citizens, GC, EAD. Etc.
Maintain close relationships with clients and prime vendors
Create and implement Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform End to End Recruitment
Maintaining Record and follow up sheets to track data
Preparing Daily Reports and submissions as per requirements
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure
Responsible for achieving a good conversion of the ratio of submitting (quality of submission) into interview and placements
Able to operate on the Offer letters and maintain good rapport with Candidates
Making cold calls and solving any Query regarding Interview
Screen and shortlist as per the Requirement ensuring Quality of Profile Delivery
Well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
