HomeNet Nepal (HNN) is a nationwide network of informal sector working poor especially Home-Based Workers in the country. HNN has been regular in its set goal to ensure decent livelihood and social protection of informal sector working poor since its establishment in the year 2003 as an NGO. In order to provide needful support to the earthquake affected home-based workers in particular locations within the Kathmandu valley, HNN has been implementing Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihood project in partnership with Oxfam from 2016. After providing skill training and production equipment to the selected HHs, varieties of goods in diversified category are now being produced by those beneficiaries at individual and group level under the common brand named 'Home Creation.

Apart from that, HNN is supporting Urban Job Hub- a social business unit to assist the low educated and vulnerable women and men to get their affordable job in the informal labor market. To handle the above mentioned both the part of activities HNN is in urgent need of Urban Job Hub Officer.

Required qualification:

Masters' degree in relevant subject from a reputed university and at least 2 years work experience in similar position and role, Or
Bachelors' degree in relevant subject from the reputed university along with at least 5 years work experience in product marketing and employment promotion sector

Duration: August to March 2019- With the strong possibility of extension

Work Station: Kathmandu
