Qualification & Requirement:

• Master's degree or any other equivalent degree in Civil engineering, urban Planning, Social studies, Disaster management or political science
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in similar roles with I/NGO in emergency response or recovery programming
• Must have research experiences and content and report writing skills.
• Must have experience with municipal by laws, reconstruction procedures and practices in Nepal and experience in maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including legal institutes, local governments
• Experience working in urban recovery in similar roles is a plus
