Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Kathmandu. As a Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to individuals, groups, or communities. Your day-to-day tasks may involve conducting assessments, Application Processing , facilitating Scholarship sessions, and offering support and guidance to Students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Empathy and compassion towards others
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Experience in counseling or psychology field is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
