Job Description

Collaborate with back end developer teams to develop UI common components and design patterns that can be adopted and extended across product suites
Create wire frames, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Develop innovative user interfaces and interactive models that leverage next generation web technologies to improve user productivity and operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and unite business goals and user goals
Design simple, intuitive flows and experiences in Criteria’s core products - including building an incredible candidate experience
Iterate with low-fidelity sketches and workflows and craft these into high-fidelity designs using modern tools like Sketch, Figma, etc
Facilitate user testing to validate solutions
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment
Own the design process from conception to delivery as well as ongoing iteration
