Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and iterate on designs.
• Develop high-fidelity user interfaces that align with the overall design vision.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and devices.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing results and feedback.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Apply new knowledge to enhance the quality of designs and user experiences.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
