Job Description:

We seek a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer at Astra Designs, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from web and mobile applications to software interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create compelling solutions that align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet design specifications.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
