Tutor (Maths, Science And English)

Job Summary: The Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to Home project children in Compulsory Math, Optional Math, Science and English up to class Ten ensuing their academic success and personal development. He/ she need to engage children and effective tutoring, assess student needs, identify the children need.

Key Responsibility

• Plan and deliver tutoring session to the home children specially 7 to 10 grades.
• Take maximum tests and assess children learning needs and academic strengths and weakness and support accordingly
• Monitor children progress and performance over time, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to address areas of challenge and accelerate learning.
• Encourage and motivate students to set and achieve academic goals, build self-confidence, and develop a positive attitude towards learning.
• Foster supportive and inclusive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, expressing ideas and seeking assistance.

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum Plus in Science, Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subjects with tutoring experienced.
• Strong proficiency in subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and establish effective learning relationships.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically and reach their full potential.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities to plan and prioritize tutoring sessions effectively.
• Flexibility and adoptability to accommodate individual learning needs and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
• Willing to work in odd time.

Working hours: Morning and evening shift at Shangri-La Orphanage Home.
Salary and benefits: Based on the experience and qualification or as per the organization rule.
