• Advising clients on various travel destinations, itineraries, and travel packages.
• Creating customized travel experiences based on client preferences and budget.
• Handling reservations, bookings, ticketing for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• Meeting sales targets and objectives set by the agency.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in Tourism Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service interaction.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
