Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements.
Itinerary Design: Based on the company’s and client's interests and timeframe, create customized travel itineraries that include recommended activities, sightseeing, and free time.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process. Promptly respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide support during the trip.
Stay updated on the latest travel promotions, discounts, and special offers. Inform clients about these opportunities and help them take advantage of cost-saving options when available.
Receive phone calls and handle customer inquiries in a very professional form with politeness.
Handling reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS) Amadeus.
Keeping a proper record of their sales.
Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails.
Follow on client’s enquiries.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

At least 3 years of experience in same field.
Good knowledge of GDS preferably Amadeus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must. Proficiency in sales is essential.

The Company agrees to pay a certain number of bonuses depending upon sales/or the work performed in each month, on top of salary.
The company agrees to a pay rise on the run depending on employee work performance.
