Job Description

Reports to: HR Manager 
Department: HR Department 

We are looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver various training. 

Sales Training Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and overseeing the company's sales educational sessions. Their main goal is to improve employees' sales skills and drive better sales processes and outcomes. 

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Analyze and identify training needs for skills improvement
  • Plan, implement and manage training and workshops based on the analysis of the company
  • Plan, organize, conduct, and monitor training and workshops with due 
  • Set objectives and KPIs for every employee and training
  • Set up and monitor training budget
  • Try and evaluate various training methods and strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest training trends and practices in employee learning and development
  • Maintain and update training records in the company’s database
