Job Description

  • Conducting a ‘Training Needs’ analysis and preparing an Annual Training Plan and budget , annual training calendar accordingly of all facilities and presenting it to HR Manager.
  • Coordinating with Facilities Managers, HR Manager to understand the Learning and development requirements, helping in designing, planning and implementing customized training programs.
  •  Delivering soft skill trainings like Communication Skills, Hygiene and Grooming, Customer Service, Telephone Etiquettes, Email Etiquettes, Train the Trainer for buddy trainers and Team Building program on each monthly basis and upon requirement.
  • Delivering on boarding plans for all the new joinees, also conducting refresher sessions on timely basis.
  • Visiting our entire facilities and franchisee companies to monitor effectiveness of the training and helping employees to learn on the Job.
  • Conducting classroom training within each facilities and our franchisee business to represent and interpret the company's standards
  • Developing certification system to categorize front line employees into various levels based on their ability to perform the assigned task
  • Designing and developing training content basis on the requirement.
  • Developing and conducting pre-test before providing the training to understand the current level of frontline employees and post-test after completion of planned training and collating training feedback and maintaining the database.
  • Developing, maintaining and implementing training records, statistics and training & development budgets and monitor that departmental responsibilities are met with regard to their training standard operating procedures and best practice.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the training once it is being conducted and sharing the report to the HR Manager
  • Handling Audit compliances related to Learning and Development at all of our facilities and franchisee companies.
  • Preparing monthly training MIS reports and presenting it to HR Manager.
  • Do follow-up consultation with the concerned facilities managers to determine future needs in regards to trainings or evaluations; provide integral support in retaining and obtaining future business
